Placing your order:

Depending on your teas final destination, when progressing to the 'shipping method' page of the checkout process, you will have a number of shipping options:

Unfortunately the standard international shipping does not include a tracking number, but we are working hard with our shipping providers to improve this service. 


After you place your order: 

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the address you have provided us with. You will also receive an email confirming your payment. We will pack up your tea and begin the shipping process, usually the next working day pending stock availability. 

Please note if you order on a Friday, its likely that your products won't be shipped out until the following Monday.


After your order has left us:

Once your tea is packed and lodged with our shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will detail the shipping address, the products being shipped, and the tracking number (for Australian orders only). This email essentially confirms that your order has left us and is on its way to you and your cup.

For orders within Australia, this confirmation email will contain a tracking number, so you can track your order online from:

Please be aware that we are shipping from the bowels of the earth (a.k.a. Australia) and import duties, taxes, and charges particular to your country aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, and we encourage you to check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.

Arriving to you: 

Standard orders will arrive usually within 2-15 full working days from receipt of our shipping confirmation. If your order comes with a tracking number, you will be able to track your order via the Australia Post website:
